Order time

Contract execution time in case:

a) payment by transfer, online payment, or PayPal – we send the merchandise immediately after settling the transfer in our account. When paying by online transfer or traditional transfer, the contract execution time is extended by the transfer time.

b) cash-on-delivery – the goods are usually sent within 24h – 48h information on the exact time is quoted separately for each product.

Parcels are delivered by DHL courier – the delivery time depends on the address of the recipient and the carrier. It usually takes up to 2 days.

In case of a notification:

(a) expected delivery – in the case of this notification, the goods should be available up to 15 working days. Nevertheless, you can order (book) a given item.

(b) available on request – we accept the possibility of ordering items not already available in our offer at a prepayment in the amount determined by both parties.
